Barr was supposed to be seated today for questioning from the House Judiciary Committee. We know he wont appear and thats because of a disagreement with the Committee Chairman jerry nadler over the format of this hearing. Basically nadler wanted to allow staff lawyers on the republican and democratic side to question barr for 30 minutes each after members of congress had gotten their questions in. That is something that the Justice Department said they could not agree to, so barr will not be coming before the committee today. Jerry nadler has been very clear that everything has been escalated because the Justice Department did not hand over that mueller report, the full unredacted report, despite a subpoena from the
