Problem. By the end of this year bart plans to have its first 10 new cairns systems. By the end of 2017 at least 60 new cars in service. And the end of 20 1rb8gs at least 230 new cairns service. Students, administrators and state officials are trying to come together after a string of disturbing incidents. One of the most repeat was this past fall. Recent was this past fall, four white students accused of locking a bike lock around a black students neck, and hanging a confederate flag.
