A new city ordinance that makes it unlawful for pedestrians to “access, use, occupy, congregate, or assemble” in center island medians in 13 Loveland intersections won first-reading approval from City Council on Tuesday.
Affordable housing projects in Loveland are now eligible for state grant funding, after City Council voted to opt-in to Proposition 123, a state program aimed at increasing housing across Colorado.
