John Denver's Rocky Mountain Christmas Ted Vigil is a singer, songwriter, and tribute artist. Born in Seattle and raised in the Olympia area, in 2012 he was awarded the Rising Legend Award by the National Traditional Country Music Association. Ted also performed with John Denver’s lead guitar player, the late Steve Weisberg, from 2010 to 2014. Weisberg was quoted as saying, “It was like working with John again. I've worked with every John Denver tribute artist, and none of them have the look and the voice Ted has. He's uncanny!" Ted has played twice for John Denver’s own charitable organization, The Windstar Foundation in Aspen, Colorado. ....
