I believe my job is to make climate change boring and routine because routine gets done, says Selkirk’s chief administrative officer Duane Nicol. Boring gets done. Nicol has been Selkirk s CAO seven years. In that time, he s made an effort to integrate climate-change thinking into every aspect of the city s operations.
