City of Windsor officials say a temporary emergency shelter is closing as arrangements have been made for all tenants displaced from the apartment building at 1616 Ouellette Avenue.
The City of Windsor is putting a call out to landlords and anyone able to donate to help displaced residents of an Ouellette Avenue apartment building.
While a downtown Windsor apartment building remains evacuated, the Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario says there are steps tenants can take to protect themselves.
