Reporter first of all, a lot of people are wondering, was this an arrest . According to the terminology in the state of florida, indeed, Cory Lewandowski was arrested. He turned himself in here today. Police say they did not put handcuffs on him, and now hes left and he will have to have an appearance in court. Thats when hell be arraigned.
