PE With Joe went down a huge hit with families during the first lockdown back in 2020. With Britain going into lockdown for the third time, PE With Joe has to keep the nation movie. The Body Coach s fitness classes first started when the UK went into its first lockdown on Monday, March 23. Joe began running these sessions to keep kids across the nation active and healthy despite being cooped up inside. Now, the famous workout videos are being brought back for 2021, once again to promote health and fitness during the coronavirus pandemic.
