Cubs 1-0 games featuring bases-loaded walks

Until the their bullpen imploded in the ninth inning on Sunday, the Cubs were on the verge of an incredibly rare defeat: 1-0, with the run scoring on a bases-loaded walk.
During the game, I determined that the last time the Cubs suffered such a loss was April 24, 1974, at Cincinnati.
That game was scoreless until the bottom of the ninth, when Bill Bonham surrendered a leadoff double to Dave Concepcion.
After an intentional walk, Bonham fielded a bunt and threw to third for a forceout, then got Pete Rose to pop up. ....
