of democratic values. which is what, it should not even be remarkable that we re talking about it because this is the way that presidents used to talk all the time about nato and the western alliance and freedom, and that was once a standard part of a presidents job. it is nice to see it back, i think it is almost remarkable that we find it remarkable. but the president really set the right things and i think he was really vaulted into the top ranks of a foreign policy presidents, where he already was. from putin what you heard was desperation. he is out of tricks, today he ran through his greatest hits about the decadence of the west and how they did not really, we started the war instead of him. some of the people in that audience probably buy it, but
