Irrationality and radicalism. How did it come to this . To answer that question you can do no better than to read David Horowitz book to left in University Volume eight in the latest edition to a series of collective desk with the conservative writings including the black book of the american left including essays from 1993 to 2010 and addresses what David Horowitz described as one of the underappreciated tragedies of our time the campaign of the left to support the curricula of collegiate institutions and transform entire schools and departments into doctrinal Training Centers for social and political causes for this campaign arguably has done more to steer america towards the left the left goal of the fundamental transformation of this country than any other strategy and cultural marxism. Lot more normal for this time of year. Palo alto 38 degrees, Mountain View 38, san jose at 41 and santa rosa at 32 degrees. Todays temperature trend will be rather interesting. We have this trough sitting off of the pacific and thats going to bring a cooling air mass over the area. You might start seeing a combination of sun and clouds although right now its not very cloudy, but thats going to keep our temperatures in the 50s and low 60s for today. Believe it or not we are not expecting any 70s, even though earlier this week we hit daytime record highs. That will be interesting to watch and might each feel chilly in some spots. 62 degrees by 10 00 for santa clara. The Doppler Radar showing that upper level low ive been mentioning. I will talk about who is going to get the chance of possibly seeing a couple showers. About listening for the footsteps of god and grabbing on to his coat. What he meant was the energy of the times can carry a diplomat to a solution that seemed unimaginable before. They have begun. It will be mostly about the competition the rest of the way. We look for a to bringing it to you. From our entire team, good night from t
Really is about and why you decided to write this book. There is a part of me that still wishes i hadnt, i wish i could put it away, a story i dont have to do. I started writing about my experience in iraq with the washington post, nearly 10 years, the same things i learned in the army about honesty and integrity motive the to share the experience and i recognized in an oped, 700 or 800 words, the obligation to continue to write led to more opeds and multiform essays and the creation of the book. A flavor for what the theme was and how that fit into this. I had gone to iraq twice, Government Service for over a year and the narrative about what had gone on in iraq and other places didnt match up with what i had seen and done. I recognized as a soldier i had an obligation to the truth. I saw the narrative stretched as i saw people talk about an isolated incident that was either taken care of or simply hadnt happened, the people who were there have a duty to speak out. The original oped i
