us is it s still all about president obama. whether it s ron paul, rick santorum or mitt rom think, the president s getting between 43 percent and 46% of the vote, essentially the same, and the reason republicans are gaining ground is because the president s job approval has slipped back from its peak at valentine s day. more than likely this has to do with gas prices that are causing some economic jitters. but again, it s more about the president than it is about the republicans at this time. megyn: you re reporting that the president s strongly disapproval number is now above 40%, strongly approve just above 20% giving him a net negative unlike any you ve seen so far. what accounts for that? is it all gas prices, do you think? well, you ve got to put it in perspective. we did see numbers back before election 2010, the president s had some ups and downs since then, but really where he is today is where he s been for most of the last couple years. he had a nice bounce ....

going on about how close these trucks should be allowed to set up near schools. the sign on jim anglis s truck makes it clear, they sell comfort food. the name is bacon fakon. that s the focus. we do burgers and grilled cheese. reporter: he s one of more than 150 food truck vendors in san francisco. i park close to market. reporter: in san francisco, they re not allowed to set up within 1500 feet of a public, middle or high school. if a new state bill becomes law, there would be more restrictions. no food trucks within 1500 of any school, private or public. they say it s a public health issue. it s undermining the children taking advantage of more helpful foods in the school kafteria, the breakfast programs and lunch programs. reporter: they have school truck vendors in san francisco crying foul. school kids aren t my target audience. there s probably a lot of fast food restaurants they could run in and get a bag of chips and soda, as easily as they could ....
