JNU: Former JNU officer arrested for duping JNU and IIT professors of over Rs 11 crore

A 63-year-old former employee of JNU has been arrested for defrauding professors from JNU and IIT Delhi for more than Rs 11 crore. The accused established a fraudulent organization and convinced professors to become members by promising affordable housing. However, he failed to produce any documents supporting the purchase of the land. The accused, who held a senior position at JNU, exploited his status to gain the trust of the professors.
