笔者认为，一直以来，中介机构扮演着资本市场“看门人”的角色，这一判决结果具有里程碑意义，有三重示范效应。
首先，对投资者而言，为投资者直接起诉上市公司保荐人、审计机构等中介机构实行全额赔偿增添了信心；其次，对中介机构而言，再次敲响了警钟。判决其承担100%的连带赔偿责任，对后续同类案件处理将产生重大影响，让其在执业中遵纪守法、勤勉尽责。最后，对资本市场而言，该判决带来震慑效应，今后有望减少中介机构配合上市公司造假的行为，有利于净化市场，保护投资者合法权益，维护公开、公平、公正的资本市场秩序。
事实上，近期陆续出现了一些中介机构被追究连带赔偿责任的判例。如5月份，ST中安发布诉讼结果公告 ....
