工会仲裁联动维权 追回赔偿110万元-工会-中工网

　　中工网讯农民工务工工亡，当地工会携手劳动仲裁成功为死者家属追回赔偿。7月5日，四川苍溪县总工会联手县仲裁院及时组织当事双方调解，成功达成调解协议：由用人单位、分包商共同支付张某亲属工亡赔偿款共计110万元（含前期已支付费用）。当日，苍溪县总工会将转入工会对公账户的赔偿款以现金形式兑付给张某亲属。

　　2021年初，来自四川武胜县赛马镇的农民工张某，经人介绍来到苍溪县某高速项目部工作，从事爆破后勤工作。同年4月20日，张某往爆破区运输油料途中，因车轮破损，遂下车更换轮胎，更换过程中，车辆下滑，张某欲用身体阻止下滑车辆，被车辆推行至路边停放的另一车辆，被两车车身挤压致死。事发后，张某亲属多次找到用人单位要求对张某的死亡给予赔偿。但用人单位表示 ....
