记者随机采访40位消费者发现，近八成消费者都表示大部分包裹会被快递员放入快递柜。“京东和顺丰会联系我上门配送，中通快递会把包裹直接放在门口，圆通和韵达在小区里搭了个棚子作为自提点，需要居民下楼取。”家住朝阳区的孙女士说。
今年“618购物节”期间，中国消费者协会利用互联网舆情监测系统，对6月1日至6月20日期间相关消费维权情况进行网络大数据舆情分析，监测期内共收集快递、外卖配送类负面信息63043条。消费者吐槽较多的配送类问题主要有不送货上门、乡村取件加收快递费等问题。
