For the last few hours, San Francisco Police Marine units have been using sonar in the water to make sure theres no one else who might have been on the boat that crashed. San Francisco Police say there were two boats out here, a witness apparently from the second boat told firefighters he saw the driver slumped over the wheel of the makeshift plywood boat going full throttle into the pier. That witness told investigators he had tried to get in the water, save the person, but couldnt get to him, so he was treated for hypothermia.
