We have lingering snow working its way off shore, but there are a couple cloud in south jersey and delaware, skies are clearing nicely but that posts its own set of problems because of this time of the year if you do not have cloud cover to trap in any heat that you built up in the atmosphere it will get right backup to the atmosphere and lose it and that allows temperature to drop off.
