　　记者了解到，前不久，位于石嘴山市的宁夏兴华钢铁有限公司根据生产需要，欲将其于2019年暂存于宁夏城市放射性废物库的4枚Ⅴ类放射源领回使用，特地向宁夏回族自治区生态环境厅提出书面申请，自治区生态环境厅很快受理并予以批准。
　　但接下来放射源的安全转运成了企业的“头疼事”。蒋伯龙表示，前期公司已经考虑到这一问题，千万百计寻找运输放射性物品的车辆未果，便向宁夏回族自治区生态环境厅求助。
　　自治区生态环境厅下属单位核与辐射安全中心是目前全区唯一的放射性废物收贮和管理单位。核与辐射安全中心了解情况后，及时召开会议研究，制定放射源运输方案，选择规划运输线路，精心安排辐射环境监测技术人员和放射性物品运输专用车辆。
