Chief Minister Hemant Soren reviewed the ongoing preparations for the State Foundation Day celebrations to be held on November 15 and the beginning of the third phase of the Aapki Yojana- Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar program. He gave many important instructions to the officers including completing all
