Jewish Community Night at the Reds


 
Jewish Community Night at a Reds game is fast approaching, and we wanted to recognize the important members of our community who will be honored at the game on Tuesday, June 1. Jimmy Miller, a longtime supporter of the Mayerson JCC and the Reds, is sponsoring our third Jewish Community Night at the Reds Game and will be delivering the game ball in the pregame ceremonies. Marty Huidt, President of the JCC, has steered the JCC through the challenges of the Pandemic, will be announcing “Play Ball!”, while Blue Jays Baseball players Elijah Guttman and Mordy Braunstein will be throwing out the first pitch. We will be recognizing Amberley Police and Fire Chief Richard Wallace for his service with the Community Advocate Award, and honoring Shep Englander, CEO of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, for his years of leadership as the game’s honorary captain.  ....
