Crimes targeting jewellery retailers in the US are at ‘historically high levels’ according to a new report published by the Jewelers’ Security Alliance (JSA).

The latest analysis of the Australian jewellery market has been published by Retail Edge, detailing a frustrating sales period for independent retailers.
“ICRA’s sample set of 14 large jewellers, which account for ~70% of the organised market, is projected to record a healthy revenue expansion of 15-18% YoY in FY2024 on the back of their planned retail expansions and a gradual shift in consumer preferences towards branded jewellers,” said Sujoy Saha, vice president and sector head, ICRA.
The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission (ACCC) has issued a warning to retailers and brands using social media influencers to promote their business.
