Mark short this morning denied the president made those comments but pushed for congress to take a more restrictive stance on immigration policy. I was not in that meeting but the people in the meeting say that those comments never happened and so i have no belief that that actually transpired but lets talk about the temporary protective status for a second because its an important case. The people here from haiti are here from an earthquake that happened roughly ten years ago under temporary protective status.
