The Dutch in South Philadelphia recently expanded to include dinner service. As part of its new offering, Chef Lee Styer is starting "The Dutch After Dark" on Wednesday, July 20. The special three-course prix fixe tasting menu features new dishes, as well as some returning favorites from Fond.
