(AP) Many migrant and seasonal workers are out in the fields or in the shop this summer, working long hours, turning into long days. Their children will need a place to go during the day, and Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska will provide it. CAPWN’s Migrant and Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) program is catered specifically to low-income families whose income primarily comes from agricultural work. The program, which has centers in Alliance to serve Box Butte County and Scottsbluff to serve Scotts Bluff and Morrill Counties, provides a broad number of services to help these families with their young children. ....
