Max Gibney, 58, of Shippensburg was charged with DUI through district court. He was driving a 2007 Mercury Milan when stopped by state police at 8:02 p.m., Oct. 13, on Route 34 in Oliver Twp.
Police said a stong odor of marijuana was emanating from the vehicle and multiple items of drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle. ....
