all right, thank you. that was our matt gutman reporting. in the middle of the fast-rising floodwaters heroes are emerging. a father and son formed their own rescue team in new orleans. jesse schaeffer, iii, and iv. got into their fishing boats and hit the water to help anyone who needed it. people and pets. at one point the younger jesse gave up his seat in that boat to make room for someone who had been stranded on a rooftop. then he waited to be rescued himself. i was sitting on the roof for an hour today to give someone my spot in the boat, i was like, i ll sit here in a hurricane, on a roof, in hurricane winds, risking my life for someone else. we rescued a lot of people. and saw a lot of things you never thought you would see. the two jesses, father and son heroes, helped save 120 people and dozens of animals. i m sure we ll hear more and more stories like that emerging from this storm. you saw during katrina, saw it yesterday, you see it in most tragedies, the worst ....
