It was another fun night at the Hotel Laguna’s Art Start for Art Walk!
When the MOM Laguna group first reached out to residents of Laguna Beach in May, we told you that we care deeply about the city's unique character, heritage, culture, preservation and tradition. We said, "We love Laguna and want to restore Hotel Laguna to its glory, the right way."
Seven local nonprofit organizations working to provide a variety of needed services to the community will open their doors on Saturday, Sept. 16, from 9 to 11 a.m. during the 2023 Social Safety Net Tour. Organized by the city’s Housing and Human Services Committee, the two-hour event invites community members to tour facilities, ask questions, and learn from staff members how they can use, refer, or support these crucial local nonprofits that serve social service needs.
The Sawdust Art Festival held its Preview Night on Tuesday. Community members lined up to see the work of 168 local artists, 14 of whom are new to the festival this year.
