For 11 months out of the year, it s known as Terrace Place, but in December â everything changes.
The neighborhood off of West 131st Place and Antioch Road transforms into Christmas Place, a holiday tradition thatâs 28 years strong.
âIt just really embodies what we want to do and what the holiday season is all about,â said George Vaughn, who has lived in the neighborhood since 2000.
Homes and yards get draped in strings of light, as candy canes and characters from the Grinch are put out in front lawns.
