FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin Chamber of Commerce virtually premiered its Annual Meeting on Thursday at noon. As part of the event, Mayor Barnett delivered his State of the City address that highlighted the 2020 accomplishments and looked to the future of the city.
The 2021 Franklin Chamber of Commerce Community Awards were also announced at the yearly get-together.
The Community Impact Award went to Main & Madison Market Cafe. Franklin Rotary Club won the Community Service Award. The Business Hall of Fame award was presented to JP Parker Flowers. And the Ambassador Team of the Year is Kimberly Smith of Johnson County Senior Services, Kristen Loy from Firestorm Restoration, Erin Ricke of Express Employment Professionals, and Jerry Tharp of radio station KORN Country 100.3.
