The owners of a prominent downtown Easton restaurant are hoping to reopen their dining establishment sometime next week after a plumbing issue forced it to temporarily close 19 days ago.
The Bayou Easton, a full-service restaurant offering a creative take on classic New Orleans cooking, temporarily closed on Nov. 11 due to a backed-up pipe, co-owner Mo Taylor said.
