Devon Jerre Heing, 24, 129 Melville St. Apt. 2, Fall River, was charged with unlawful
possession of firearm, malicious destruction of property under $1200, and attempted
assault by discharging a firearm.
Anh Pich, 30, 129 Melville St. Apt. 2, Fall River, was charged with vandalism, accessory
to malicious destruction of property under $1200, and accessory to attempted assault by
discharging a firearm.
Both were indicted by a grand jury and will be arraigned in Fall River Superior Court on May 27.

At approximately 8 a.m. on January 28, New Bedford Police were dispatched to 43 Yale Street on a report of past shots fired. During the investigation, detectives learned that shots were fired around 2:30 a.m. A vehicle was identified early on in the investigation, and was found to be abandoned. ....
