FARGO The Fargo Police Department says it located the car that a man charged with attempted murder in connection to a shooting last weekend was traveling in.
However, the suspect remained at large as of 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, Jan. 29, according to police spokeswoman Jessica Schindeldecker.
Investigators believed Oliver Tye, 21, of Fargo, was driving a white 2009 Hyundai Sonata with North Dakota license plates 091 DHL, according to a Friday afternoon news release. Tye, along with 28-year-old Jerome Wesseh Koon of Fargo, was charged Wednesday with felony counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
