Williams, 22, should receive treatment at Larned State Hospital, according to court records. He was charged with second-degree attempted murder after a caller reported seeing a car drive into Lone Star Lake on Feb. 25, prosecutors said.The caller helped Williams’ mother out of the car after she appeared unable to remove herself because of a broken leg, Douglas County Sheriff’s officials said.
