The Putnam County Regional Planning Commission Tuesday approved a concept plan for a new 106-lot neighborhood proposed for property off Highway 70 just outside the Baxter city limits.
Professors in Tennessee Tech University’s College of Education are not only teaching the more than 1,800 students currently enrolled in their courses — many are also teaching and leading other
