Musician Jeremy Plog doesn’t mind playing a doubleheader on Saturday because he’s a big baseball guy. Frazier Trager presents Jackie Greene Quartet Americana/roots singer/songwriter Jackie Greene (Jay Blakesberg/courtesy photo) FAIRFIELD Sacramento-based singer/songwriter/multiple-instrumentalist Jackie Greene returns Feb. 27 to the Downtown Theatre with his quartet for a live-streamed concert presented by Solano concert promotion duo Frazier Trager Presents. Greene headlined a Jeff Trager fundraiser for the Crystal Middle School Music Program back in 2007 when the theater went by its original name the Fairfield Center for Creative Arts. At that time, Greene was a budding star in his mid-20s riding high on the positive critical and commercial success of his Americana/roots albums “Gone Wanderin’ ” (2002), “Rusty Nails” (2003), “Sweet Somewhere Bound” (2005) and “American Myth” (2006). ....
