so undocumented students are put in a situation where they have to seek out information about tuition, policies and access to aid and whether or not the information is accurate. so it is not a static this information is not static. it is always evolving and changing. in addition to confusion ambiguity and a lack of information about tuition policy, there s also issues with access to aid. so we found that this is actually more of a challenge for students at two-year institutions. they are more likely to have to pay out of pocket. however, it is important to know that undocumented students attending two-year and four-year institutions are not getting access to loans. so i want to talk a little bit about implications and i am looking forward to the discussion during the panel. we think that there s opportunities to explore further how we can push the limits of what daca can do, specifically in higher education. for example, government agencies should evaluate how daca is rel
