The Community College there is the only college located in Douglas County. It is a terrible story. And for now oregons attorney general is saying 13 people are dead, 20 others are injured. We still know very little about the shooter. But there are already some chilling accounts about what people saw and heard when it all started. There are multiple reports the shooting started outside a classroom at Schneider Hall at Umpqua Community college. Its a school with about 3,000 students in the small city of roseburg, oregon.
