DELPHOS Franklin Principal Bob Hohlbein was in the Spotlight Report
Monday evening during the first meeting of the year for the Delphos
City Schools Board of Education.
“The staff and students continue
to be excellent about taking all the extra steps to keep everyone safe
and healthy,” Hohlbein said. “The majority of students who have had to
