If you're on a county line, Washington County Emergency Management says to pay attention to what's going on in those counties. "We get instances where Dodge County will have a warning or something come up and with some of our areas, like Arlington being right on the Dodge County line, Washington County might not even get the official notification, by the time it's in to the Arlington area or getting close to the Arlington area," Dan Douglas explained.
