Been locked by now all those things have been lost by now. you re guessing. no, i m not. judge jeanine: mark what is your reaction to that? well, i see this as it maybe it can happen, one, two, three, four times, 84 times that is not going to happen. cindy told me, the detectives directly that the ladder was not down when she got down swimming with caylee june 15th, 2008. she remembered specifically and she was adamant. she said she took it off and put it on the side. when she came back monday she said the ladder was up. but she had nothing to do with putting it up or leaving it up. i think the prosecution s case is strengthened by this. the jury is not stupid. they are going to see through everything that is being done and catch right on. judge jeanine: jennifer back to that cross-examination ....
