The Transit Agency says the speed restrictions are in place now because of the potential for rails cracking from this cold. The reason well take a look along these trains here. They have switches along the tracks and feeders underneath of those switches. Just within the last 10 minutes, he said they had functioning feeders under two of those switches and thats the reason why so many people were delayed this morning. Come here and look with us.
