Avon Road Partners, a small family partnership group based out of New Hope, Pennsylvania, has entered into an agreement with Stockton Borough to purchase the Stockton Inn, which closed its doors in 2017. The group presented its vision for the redevelopment of the property in December, which includes a $15 million investment to revitalize the inn’s restaurant and rooms, reestablish an outdoor garden, create a wellness center and construct a 17,000-square-foot, three-story hotel with 28 guest rooms.
