Nation s capitol today, a big day for us here. of course, right now, we re waiting for a vote on the 2011 budget, that s the budgets for this year, as the battle over next year s budget intensifies, and all this comes just about 100 days into a brand new congress. it s already been 100 days, jon! jon: and right now, all eyes are on capitol hill, jen yarks to see if these pending votes really will avert a government shutdown. chief political correspondent carl cameron is live on capitol hill, so you can play whip here for a second, carl. do they have the votes? reporter: well, they say they do. the republicans believe that they will lose some of their own membership, however. by some accounts, between 60 and 80 republicans may actually break ranks and not support this deal. but the democrats suggest that they will probably have about 50 or so dissenters who will actually break with the liberal opposition to this and join a coalition to pass it. house speaker john boehner, of course, ....
