MEDFORD, NY Jeffrey S. Davis, a longtime Medford resident, died on March 2, 2021 due to complications from the coronavirus. He was 73.
Davis was born in Brooklyn on May 14, 1947 to parents Murray and Marilyn Davis. He had two sisters, Shelly and Abby. He eventually moved to Medford in 1972, where he raised his children Mark and Karin Davis.
Davis served in the Army during the Vietnam War, eventually earning a bronze medal for his bravery. He also served in the National Guard for over 30 years, starting off as a commissioned officer before moving up the ranks to Major. ....
