The Boston-based singer-songwriter and her band, Bourbon Renewal, carved out their own “y’all-ternative” genre with a sound that blends rock, country, roots and a New Orleans street-parade vibe. Connors’ most recent album is last year’s “Longitude,” home to 11 tracks that bounce from pop to rock to gospel-infused Americana.
