We saw a number of people who either stopped or live in a home nearby and looking at this fire in amazement, saying they had never seen one burning so closely to where they lived. We saw the black, then the traffic and then we started listening and we go were out of here. Came up, started looking. Sort of interesting. And we run a machine shop that provides parts for the refineries. If its something that hits a refinery, we could get a call. And that woman that you just heard from told me she did not get a call. There was no real threat to the refinery. And heavy traffic for people out here this afternoon and they pulled over and wanted to take a look at what was happening. Frpsh pretty successful firefight out here. Talk about the difference an hour makes. Those dark plumes of smoke are now gone. We have video to show you what it looked like earlier this afternoon. They said they were looking at 100 plus acres that were burning, despite the size of the burn, there was no structure threat, not even on the nearby refinery. More than 100 firefighters working on putting out the fire, those over head drops are really a well choreographed dance. We were listening to a lot of scanner radio traffic yesterday where those helicopter pilots were getting quite a lot of direction about what direction they should move in. No injuries in this fire but quite a skeptical for people live around here.
