time. they are kind of incidental also apparently. anyway, that s my 2 cents. we have far back in the forefront. on the policy question you gave a great example on climate change their influence was able to kill the legislation but do you think they have a thought on how their apparatus is possibly harming efforts to move criminal justice reform and how they would help their influence could be effective when it seems they ve driven partisanship to the point you find partisanship to pass legislation and they ve created quite a bit of harm. their ability to have the takeover in the house and the senate then puts them in the drivers seadriver s seat to thet they can do things like have bipartisan movement for criminal justice reform so they would see this as something that s enabled them to reach out to others. they see themselves as a force for good and it s not the view everybody has to share. of all the companies you ve investigated have you ever run across one that was

coverage along the river for you. let s go to kevin. reporter: we are just north of the district on the nature trail. you can see it goes underneath this rail bridge around 9th avenue. it goes down about 3-4 feet . it is all solid water. you can get a good look at how nasty the water is. this is why you should not go in floodwaters. look at all of these branches and twigs that were brought from upstream. the water is low right now compared to what it is supposed to get to. right now it is 14 feet. this is the first while that will stop first wall that will stop the water. as you can imagine, at about 4-5 feet clear this wall. we will almost certainly see water coming up over this embankment in the next few hours and then it will start heading towards newbo . we will take one last look at this. this is the first piece of real flooding we have seen on the bike trail. it gives you an idea of how high this is just a few feet below where the railway is. this could potentially
