Imposter. Today he pleaded not guilty to the crimes. Chad litz is not a licensed flurs an practitioner but working at a nurse on joents street in San Francisco. Some of the abilities of a Nurse Practitioner would be to prescribe medicine or door basic procedures. Reporter litz had been with the clinic for months and treated at least 28 patients and prescribed controlled substances to two of them. Hes facing five felony counts, four for practicing medicine without a license, one for identity theft. Litz was arrested getting off a cruise ship in florida march 10th. This is his mugshot. Hopes new evidence could lead them to her killer and her missing daughter. Last night people gathered at mclaren park in San Francisco where the body of nicole fitz was found last april. There is a 10,000 award for information leading to her daughters return. Abc 7 News Reporter Tiffany Wilson has more on the new lead in the case. Reporter ariana wants to hold her in their arms. The toddler was reported missing last april after her mom nicole failed to show up for work at best bay. Nicoles body was found a few days later in a shallow grave in mclaren park covered with a piece of plywood. No one has seen ariana since. Her aunt has a theory. I do believe someone is caring for her. I believe that the whole reason that this happened is because someone wanted ariana. Reporter one year since nicole was seen alive, several people gathered for a vigil. San Francisco Police confirmed that they recovered a car possibly connected to the case.
