Jeep will launch a made-in-India three-row SUV by 2022.
The Brazil-spec model has been spotted testing.
It will rival the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, and MG Gloster.
Expected to be priced between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 40 lakh.
Jeep’s preparing to up its game with a new 7-seater SUV. Codenamed the H6, it will challenge heavyweights like the Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour in pricing, features, and seating capacity. The SUV will be made in India and launch in 2022.
However, its Brazilian counterpart looks ready for production, as is evident from these new spy shots. The recent teasers tell us the SUV’s global reveal will soon be in Brazil and that it may be called ‘Commander’ in the South American nation. However, the name has already been trademarked in India, thus leaving room for speculation that it might be called ‘Patriot’ here.
